We offer two classes of maintenance services, one-call maintenance and retained service contract maintenance. In both maintenance services, full option maintenance of routine, breakdown, preventive and turn-around-maintenance (TAM) are offered except that one call maintenance is a one-off contract while retained service contract is a long term contract agreement stretching over a minimum period of one year. Maintenance service is offered in all fields we cover.
Routine Maintenance
This is a deigned schedule check on systems as to maintain parameters essential for its efficient continuous operation. Such schedule is mostly in line with the OEM recommendations, else, as is obtainable from the general operational theory, experience or practice.
This maintenance program involves an in-house technician or maintenance team.
Breakdown Maintenance
These are repairs that are carried out when a system or equipment breaks down.
It is advisable to prevent a breakdown from occurring as it is usually very expensive due to man-hour, machine-hour and maintenance fee losses. Quality routine and preventive maintenance program helps in reducing breakdown from occurring.Â
Preventive Maintenance
This maintenance service depends on every other maintenance service; routine, breakdown and turn-around in that whenever any of the maintenance is carried, future problems are continually looked out for and thus,would be proactively prevented. Same proactive measures are equally employed during constructions and installations.
Turn-Around Maintenance
This is a maintenance program that requires complete shut down of the entire operation. It happens when a system has worked out its useful life and needs total upgrade, update, refurbishing or complete replacement. In most cases, such systems that requires this level of maintenance are systems who appears more of losses to operate in comparison with its expected profitability.
